- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have to agree with what's already been said about the receptionists. The doctors and nurses I have always found professional and considerate but the practice is badly let down by the current reception staff. They have been dismissive, condescending and rude to me on several occasions so can't even explain their behaviour as a one-off. They are the face of the practice and the practice would therefore be better served by engaging new reception staff. It is a shame because they have had excellent receptionists in the past.by EveJuly 25, 2017
